Belkin Four Port USB 2 Hub/Router in Orange, CA

I was able to obtain a Belkin 4 port powered USB hub, model number F5U224 thinking I could use it for my iMac. No dice! Unfortunately, this only works with Windows (arggg) and all our computers are Macs except my daughter's HP notebook and an old Dell which have plenty of USB holes. This is an older model that is not currently sold in stores. Of course, it passes data bits and bytes, so the only difference is the container and the looks. I have found that for some devices you need a self powered hub to energize the equipment. And boy, some of my equipment could use some energizing! The power supply transformer is included, of course.
